Ingredients:
5 cups milk
3 table spoons dark cocoa powder
2 table spoons drinking chocolate
50 grams melted butter
1 cup flour (maida) - approx 150 g.
Vanilla essence (optional)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup boiled water
Method:
Heat the milk in a large pan. When it starts to boil, add cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, sugar and melted butter. Mix well.
Heat the mixture until it condenses and becomes slightly thick. Take it off stove and let it cool for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, pour the floor and the boiled water. Mix well. Add the chocolate mix to it. Add half a teaspoon of baking powder.
Beat the mixture for 5 minutes. It should become smooth and consistent. Bake for 6 minutes in microwave and 30 minutes in oven (around 375F)
